Most couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning the parcel
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control
Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
Please check with your local customs office prior to ordering

Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim
