2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or installation error by the buyer

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless faulty)

  • Custom or special-order items


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service:

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, kindly return the original item and place a new order.
